Meaning who send me their application first will be either selected or not, but if you for example are last and i've reached a max (5-10) then I will sadly stop it there to ensure i'm not dealing with 20 people or something. Helle everybody! So this journal will be both posted here on DA and Discord! Since DA isn't on the super active lvl the focus will be more so in discord.
So yes lets talk about this. Previously I had a friend of mine that was going to look after the scripts and so on for AzureHowl Reborn. But both of us had a talk and came to agree that it was important that the co writer her/himself would speak English by origin. To avoid potential mistakes in the script, and to get errors fixed this itself is really important.
With that said i'll be looking for a co writer for the series. Depending on who offers or wants to, i'll accept a few candidates and from there i'll see who will be chosen. First of all it will be a must to have discord! More in debt info will be given once you are selected as a candidate.
In short, a co-writer will get access to the scripts for the episodes, and will be the one to check on the grammar, to fix the script where needed. Do not mistake this with writing the full episode or story line.
I am looking for somebody that I can trust so with that said understand that I will have to feel comfy communicating with you vice versa, getting to know one another will be important too I do not wish for us to be strangers in case I don't know you. Also understand when applying, just because your birth language is English does not mean a guaranteed role! Having some experience, or showing me you enjoy writing helps too! I will likely favor people with some history or experience of writing things, but generally our conversation will be very important! I will be looking for somebody that is at least 20+ years old so keep that in mind! Also keep NDA in mind! Being the co-writer means that you'll know things of the series that only you are to know! AzureHowl Reborn Update
I decided to name the updates with numbers from now on just so that I can easily track what info I have given. So currently progress is on it's way for the opening theme for AHR. This will likely take longer than the ending credits since it just involves more animations and planning and so on. Currently around 23 seconds are done of the 60 seconds, so upon reaching 30 it's halfway through, i'm getting some help from my friend MC who will aid with coloring and shading and testing out some things. With that in mind I would also like to say that there will be a Halloween special this year! I've never made a video on Halloween itself before so that will be fun.
Halloween special
The video will focus on Ruuza's totally mentally stable family. Aside from this every character will at least hint towards something, so for those who like to go detective mode perhaps you'll find out some details~ . It will be posted on 31 of October.I am basically swapping between this and the opening theme right now.
Info on final chosen FC's
I know it's been a little while since they were chosen, but one of these coming days I will be working on these to be added on the site. Currently with the double project i'm working on it just is a little bit busy on my side.
Info about voice acting
Voice auditions will be opened after the opening theme is done! You can expect several characters including some new characters and one being a main character. Some roles of the past will be opened which will include main characters as well like Myrum. I will state beforehand here that becoming a voice actor for the series will require discord and a good quality microphone. I will likely also open for figurant roles, of which I'll accept several to keep diversity between bg characters that speak.
Additional info for episode 1
Originally I considered doing a special episode which would be longer, as iv'e previously stated that I wanted to keep a set time on each episode 15-16 mins. I've changed my mind for this and decided that Ep.1 just holds to much info or to much events that have to be shown that there is a chance that both Ep.1-Ep.2 will focus on the past or either it's a part one and two. This way I can stick to the time frame. I will say beforehand that the series will NOT be child friendly, it will have heavy topics and especially episode one will make the original episode look like cotton candy. So if you are sensitive to gruesome matters, or bad language then you have been warned. The episode will be graphic.

All wolves are chosen! Thank you all for taking part ~ In the coming days i'll work on adding them on the site and applying changes if needed only. Always keep an eye on discord for potential need of fan characters! While for future potential appearances patreon supporters will get privilege, in cases where I need more than is given i'll resort to DA or Discord. So there might still come chances to get your fc to make an appearance.

Final (Cannon) fan characters for the Dyelaq Clans in AzureHowl Reborn.
In the last weeks I have been working on getting the cannon characters for the Dyelaq Clans on their new templates. In time all of them will be visible on the site as well. Noted that on the site their bg info will only be added after EP1. For now their basic info is added but any other info not. With that said, many slots (or few) were taken by myself as originally I was going to make all the backgrounds characters myself. But in time I decided it would be more fun to involve you guys in it. With that said some of mine remained while the rest was open for the followers of AH. Now with the reboot several slots originally belonging to me will be re opened for the reboot! Since I don't want to drag this out over months and different journals I will be adding all available open slots in this journal! This means that you can enter for any of the open species or even for all of them at the same time. The goal is simple, I would like to get preparations done in advance. With that said let's take a look at the rules and available slots!
AzureHowl Reborn FC rules
-Visit the "chart" to learn how to make official fan characters. This is super important, and the more you are up to date the easier it will be for you to make a fan character and for me to judge it! The "charm" chart is important too so make sure to take a look.
-If you absolutely are having troubles making your fc, then join the "discord" and ask a check up in the channel "fan character help".
-Check out the "species charts" as this will greatly aid you.
-Keep the bg story short and brief with potential of changes! (Depending on how the pack was or responded this info might have to be rewritten after EP1). Understand that no bg info will currently be added! This also means if you delete the original entry, and I have nothing to go by I will have to add a bg story myself unless you respond to a journal that will ask for it.
-You can enter 1 time for every different species! No limit to one species only.
-Follow given rules with a species IF given!
-Avoid charms that are to human like(masks, glasses), to complex and not practical (items that blocks the wolf from moving properly for example).
-Avoid human like names! (No Bob, Steven, Elizabeth, etc)
-Use AzureHowl Reborn templates! This would aid me to have the right profiles directly! I will only redraw if the lines added are to thick, not matching original lines or if it's a paint file! These templates can be found on the species itself (in description) or "here".
-No gradient markings, no over the top markings (super complex).
-When the rules below state symbolized/marked, it means that the wolf can either be both or you can pick between just marked or jus symbolized! To keep it balanced I will likely look for characters as well that are only marked or symbolized.
-You do not have the possibility to make the fc in either paint or photoshop, then maybe join the discord and connect with other users! Somebody might be willing to aid you!
-Entries are accepted on DeviantArt only! Can be official uploads or stash files! Other platforms will not be counted for. Post your entry in the comment section of this journal.
-You can give ranks to your wolves .
-I will likely not respond to your comment other than a like, unless the char is breaking rules!
-If your char is approved I will like the comment!

=> Rules: 6 symbolized/marked wolves will be accepted, 6 normal ones. 2 color mutations will be accepted as well) Color mutated wolves cannot feature scars or missing body parts. Others can feature scars but generally 6 in total will not feature scars. No limit to how many males and females. Wolves are NOT located in the slave camps. Wolves can feature items. Age limit: 14-16.
2 slots - Ice species CLOSED
=> Rules: 2 symbolized/marked wolves will be accepted. They can feature scars, but I will select only one with scars the other without (will remove scars if two wolves with scars are selected). One can feature an item (not a must). No limit to the gender. Wolves are NOT located in the slave camps. Age limit: 14-15.
3 slots - Mud species CLOSED
=> Rules: 2 symbolized/marked wolves will be accepted, 1 standard. Can feature scars or items. No gender limit. Wolves are NOT located in the Slave camps. One group leader and one general (rank wise). Age limit: 14-18.
2 slots - Water species
=> Rules: 1 symbolized/marked one not. Variation: Lake variant and 1 shallow. No scars. Items are allowed. No gender limit. Wolves are NOT located in the Slave camps. Shallow variation is adopted by origin. Age limit: 15-16.
2 slots - Metal species CLOSED
=> Rules: Both can be symbolized/marked. One individual can be color mutated, or feature Albinism, Leucism, Melanism. Can have scars or items. No gender limit. Wolves are not located in the Slave camps. Age limit: 15-16.

=> Rules: Individual can be symbolized or not. No scars, items are allowed. No gender limit. Wolf is not in the Slave camp. Age limit: 14-16.

=> Rules: Individual can be symbolized/marked. No gender limit. Items or a scar can be included but does not have to be included. Wolf is not in the Slave camp. Age limit: 15-16.
1 Surprise slot - Poison species
=> Rules: Individual is color mutated,(can feature symbols or markings or features the following mutation: Albinism, Leucism, Melanism. No gender limit. Wolf cannot feature scars(missing body parts) or items. Wolf is in the Slave camps. Age limit: 14-15
EXTRA: While I won't accept a ton of these, if you are interested to include heterochromia in the eyes, you can always offer an example of this! For orientations I will give free choice BUT I will balance it out if needed only!
Additional info if chosen
Understand if your character is chosen that I am free to do with it what I want! This means the char could die for example. Understand as well once past info is given (after EP1), that I will not do re writes the whole time if you wish to change a detail. Equally understand that they are also bg characters so while they do exists it might take a while for you to see your char pop up! I am also allowed to do minor changes if I would desire remove existing scars or items or alter them.
Any questions feel free to ask! As for the deadline it will depend, we are speaking about a total of 24 wolves. Depending on the entries it might end at the end of September, or will be extended to October.
AzureHowl Reborn - Closed
So I am looking for an artist who could aid with Ranking badges for AzureHowl Reborn. I am talking about pack ranks (hunter, leader etc). I originally had images being made for this but I feel like they do not suit Reborn (hence they were made for AzureHowl), aside from that they are still not completed and I decided it would be best to take a fresh start at them! We are talking about around 23 ranks I believe! The image itself doesn't have to be huge! I will provde size sample. I do want them to be badge like, kind of how kids earned their ranks in scout groups and such since they are ranks after all! The idea's for each ranks would be discussed with me but your input will be taken mostly into account as well.
I am looking for stylized work! No realism, fur detail I am really looking for something that fits a 2D world. If you think you got what it takes then please note me here or on discord with examples. After that I would have to discuss price wise to see if I can afford it of course!
They will be featured on the official site for AHR with you being credited of course.

Creature contest info
So on the discord server (https://discord.gg/dk3B5TJ) I held a poll a while ago to see if people would like the idea of seeing their own creatures appear as wildlife in AzureHowl Reborn. And the reactions were very positive! With that in mind I decided to open this contest! Make sure to read through all the rules, and info as this will aid you greatly.
The Biomes
For this contest you'll have to focus on biomes! This means that each zone on the map will have it's own specific type of creatures. So when submitting a creature you will want to focus on a specific area. The following link => "Click here for a quick example of different area's" . It's important that area's affected by the Dragon Gods show this to it's creatures. Cosmic mountains have colorful creatures for example. So color themes have to be followed. This can differ on standard area's (random fields, grasslands etc).
When submitting a creatures + What is allowed?
Make sure to add info that is needed and visualize it clearly.

Try to briefly explain the creature, they are background so no pages of info.
Mixing creatures is allowed, but attempt to make them feel in place with the biome! Don't overdo it, for example tons of details.
Gaia dragons are allowed but will be picked rarely! What are "Gaia dragons" ? These are mortal dragon species that are usually small to medium sized. They descent from Dragon gods but became their own species. They are super rare on Delv Ihoo. Consider them as the mythical creatures on Delv Ihoo (like unicorns and dragons for us).
Digital files are required!
There is no set amount of winners, designs will be chosen if I believe they can fit the world! Understand that I can't pick all, and that I will focus on the skill in the design as well. With that said if you are contacted in private then your design is likely chosen.
No animal line arts are allowed, for starters, using a line art will usually result in copying traits the original artist gave the line art in the first place.
Copying, stealing, tracing will get you disqualified.
When making a base to present your creature, ensure that what is asked is present on the base (name, habitat, sideview etc).
There is no limit on how much entries you make.
If a design is chosen, changes are unlikely. If changes do take place I will inform you.
You can give unique traits or powers, but more limited in contrast to the wolf species.
Ensure that the creatures are not gods, do not make animals the size of a Dragon God.
DeviantArt is required, please do not send me images on discord, to enter you have to submit your entry in the comment section of this journal!
Take your time! Just because the contest is open doesn't mean you have to submit something the very same time! Take time in making your creatures.
Ensure to match a creature to it's habitat, for example do not give desert creatures a super thick pelt. Or give creatures on the Ice lands a super thin pelt.
What to keep in mind ?
When you enter you agree to all the rules no matter if you read them.
If a creature is chosen, you will be credited for the design at all times.
If a creature is chosen, you agree to hand the rights of ownership of the creature to me. (This is to keep the creatures AzureHowl Reborn only, and to avoid future problems).
If chosen therefore you cannot go around making adopts or using them for your own personal means or story.
If not chosen you may do as you wish with the creature but if you followed a specific color theme from AzureHowl Reborn, you will have to alter it.
If your unsure about a biome or what is allowed, you can always note me and ask more details if you think that is required.
The contest for now has no deadlines.
Tips
When choosing real life animals or making a variation of an animal that exists, (for example an owl) try to avoid to just draw set animal with a new coat or color design. Maybe you can mix different owls into your own creature to give the animal a more unique look ?
The animals can look unique and totally different from even existing animals, but try to make it believable, as if it fits the world but equally feels as if it could be real! (ex. image header)
Do research of similar area's, if your making a desert creature then look at desert animals and what they have in common. Avoid creating creatures that do not match the habitat.
While using animals and making a variation of an existing animal is allowed, unique animals or interesting design choices for existing animal variations will def have more luck!
How will they appear on the future site ?
They will likely be under a specific tab directed towards the animal species. But they will not gain separate pages! Instead they will be listen under specific biomes. For example "Desert Biome", and then the site will list the living creatures there. This is in progress however! So even if your creature is picked, do not expect it to appear any time soon on the site. This journal might update if I forgot to add important details.
