-About this stamp
Basically I was actually drawing and looking at top 10 video's when I came across a top 10 that stated "insane pet transformation" ... Because I had a hard time believing the thumbnail was real (seeing some Youtube video's contain thumbnails to attract people to click on it), I decided to look only to figure out people actually do this to their animals. It's not the first time it disturbed me, as it had been in the news before about baby chickens as well.. none the less, why people do this baffles me and is beyond my understanding. I decided to make a stamp about it and I hope that most of you guys agree on this.

Dyeing animals is wrong and abusive
Painting an animal is only a selfish action, since the owner wants their animal to have a certain look. It's one thing when people shave their animals to look like a bloody lion, but going as far as to dye an animal as well seems so useless and wrong to me that is at least. The process of dying can be very stressful for an animal and I absolutely do not believe in the "animal friendly way" to dye an animal. Of course this dying trend is probably not in all countries as I myself have only seen dyed chickens before. The animals at most look ridiculous which some apparently consider art ? A big wake up call, animals are no objects... coloring them just proves how many still consider them as nothing more than an item. Even if the cat is treated well by their owner, why would you dye it ??? If you don't consider it abusive then please re consider... because they throw baby chickens in a bowl as if they are frigging pieces of a salad that is being mixed. Other than that just because an animal isn't in physical pain does not mean it can't be abusive. I also know that people consider it less of a problem with dogs since dogs easily go through such a process but then again think about it, we are talking about dogs xx Dog's will allow almost anything and that alone can be taken advantage of. In one of the video's a manager even stated "if we praise the animals they will know the dye job is a good thing", you can praise an animal all the time .... they are not gonna understand it's due to being painted. Mentally you also don't know how an animal responds to it... sure people don't bother about it, but i'm sure animals will be confused of having a completely different pelt.

It's not art, animals aren't toys
I do not consider this art, and hope many don't. I don't care how much work has been put into the dye job or transformation. The real art was how the animal looked on it's own, and the people who changed them only made little monsters out of them. Don't fall for it because it might look cute. Having animals walk around with a paintjob and hair cut to appear as if they have an entire drawing on their bodies is just ridiculous.

Can't you appreciate the natural look of your animal ?
Imagine if your parents told you, "hey better dye your hair, we prefer to have a child with black or blond hair"... I'm sure you wouldn't be pleased either. When you take in an animal, try to appreciate how they look naturally rather than changing them into circus monsters. If you apparently want to dye your animal because you don't like it's look then bloody buy a stuffed animal or a doll and have fun with that! When I look at my cats, I compliment them on how gorgeous their pelts looks.... not once did I imagine "let's paint her pink or so!" ... It's ridiculous. Just like I say that declawing a cat is wrong too... don't take an animal if you want to alter the animals appearance, let an animal be how it is! I have always been a strong believer of being who you are so please give this option to an animal too they aren't toys. Just because they can't speak...gives you no right to do this. Saying, "I own the animal gives me the right to do this", tells me one thing... you shouldn't have an animal.

What if you dyed the hair/fur/feathers simply to help find the animal easier if it were to get lost?
